Gift Certificate/ Deposit Policy

KDZ Tattoos Body Work – Orangeville, ON

1. Appointment Cancellation & Deposit

If you’ve booked an appointment using a gift certificate or without Gift certificate, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit for your tattoo session will be forfeited and the value will be deducted from your gift certificate or a deposit.

2. Original Certificate Required

Please bring the physical, original gift certificate to your appointment. We cannot accept photocopies, screenshots or scanned images of the certificate under any circumstances.

3. No Cash Value & Non-Transferable

• This gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can it be exchanged for store credit.
• The certificate is non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the certificate.
• It may not be assigned or transferred to another person without prior written approval.

4. General Terms

• KDZ Tattoos Body Work is not responsible for lost or damaged gift certificates.
• The gift certificate must be redeemed during the period specified (if an expiry date is printed).
• By redeeming this gift certificate, the holder agrees to all the terms outlined here.
• All tattoo appointments booked over phone, online, email or using the certificate are subject to the studio’s standard health, hygiene and design consultation policies.
