KDZ Tattoos Body Work
1. Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to confirm an appointment and/or to begin work
on a custom design. Deposits secure your booking slot and cover the
artist’s time spent preparing your artwork.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of
your deposit.
3. Design Changes
If a deposit has been made for a custom design and the artist has
already begun working on it, any major design changes will require a
new deposit. This policy ensures respect for the time, creativity, and
effort put in by the artist.
4. Age & Consent Policy
We do not tattoo or pierce anyone under the age of 18 without a
parent’s or legal guardian’s consent.
A valid photo ID will be required for age verification.
